Chef Simon Jones, has over twenty five years experience working in some of the best restaurants and hotels around the world. Simon was awarded a Michelin star in early 2004 in London and currently lives in Byron Bay, Australia.
Simon has been working as the Modern Kitchen for some of the worlds VIPs and most recognisable celebrities. Through his work in private estates and super yachts, he has built up extensive knowledge and experience in private dining and events.
With no event too big or small, Simon will take great pleasure in designing bespoke menus and sourcing local, sustainable, organic produce from only the very best markets and farms.
He truly understands each event is unique and requires careful planning.
Simon loves sharing his knowledge of food and has a range of cooking classes available for every level, including great family packages.
Simon has a true sense of community and wants the Modern Kitchen Group to grow to be part of the fabric of the beautiful Byron Bay Area.
He passionately believes in supporting local business and community projects.
